What materials go into a geode plushie?
Each geode is stitched with premium velvet yarn and filled with hypoallergenic poly-fill. We use crystalline-inspired specialty yarns for the magical sparkle inside!
Are your stuffies safe for all ages?
Most critters are made with safety eyes, which are not recommended for children under 3. However, we can create custom eyes with embroidery upon request for safer play.
How long does shipping take?
Ready-to-ship magic arrives within 5-7 business days. Custom orders usually hatch within 2-3 weeks before flying out to their new homes.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We send our plush geodes and critters worldwide. International portals (shipping) may take up to 4-6 weeks depending on your location.
What is your return policy?
If your critter arrives without its magic, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Must be in original, un-cuddled condition.
What if my plush is damaged?
We hand-inspect everything, but if spells break during travel, contact us within 48 hours for a replacement or repair spell.
How do custom geode orders work?
Pick your inner 'gem' color and outer shell texture. We’ll spend 2 weeks crocheting your personalized miracle and send photos before shipping.
